Came in for dinner. Ordered the crispy chicken noodle, bun bo hue and coconut cream coffee with matcha. The broth of the chicken noodle was a smidgen sweet, however, easily corrected with fish sauce. The chicken was super moist and perfectly seasoned (probably the best crispy chicken I ve had with crispy noodles). The noodle portion was generous and so was the maryland (was a nice size and not a small scrawny piece like at Tan Viet these days). The bun bo hue was a tad light in flavour but not too bad overall. The coffee was absolutely delicious (so rich and decadent . and I m not even that much a coffee fan). Customer service was phenomenal (very friendly and welcoming).

Friendly staff, fresh and good food, good value for money. We went around 11.3am on friday, got a little busy real quick but service was great and fast.

Really enjoyed my visit to C? Ba Cabramatta! It was my first time trying out Vietnamese food other than pho and broken rice. I recommend the sizzling beef steak - the meat was tender and delicious, and it came with spam, eggs and bread! The chicken rice was also great and flavourful. The dry combination clear rice noodles were a little too dry for my liking, and wouldve benefitted with some more meat. For drinks, we ordered Vietnamese iced coffee and Vietnamese coconut coffee - I loved the iced coffee but with the coconut coffee, I felt that the coconut was a little too overpowering. Staff are lovely and very accomodating! Overall, a solid Vietnamese restaurant; I would visit again!

We dined at Co Ba Cabramatta thousand times already but I don t know why the ratings are so weird I mean the food overall never disappoints us, my family is Viet and their favourite place has been always Co Ba for a year now. Chicken feet is the way to go when you have the chance to eat here! The Crab Spring Rolls with vermicelli is authentic as I remember back in Vietnam when I was a kid , and a big recommendation for anyone who likes soup is the Crab Tapioca Noodle Soup! Not a kind of person who likes to review on Google but I don t know why the ratings are so conservative, service was great, we even know the waitress s name now even the music in the background reminds me of Vietnam, dined at an authentic Vietnamese restaurant, with good music, good vibes and a great service, what can I ask more? Sometimes if it s too busy, yes you may wait for a couple of minutes but to me personally, with the experiences I ve been always have, we willingly to wait as long as the food s quality is certain. And if you work in Hospitality, you know more than ever sometimes things gets too chaotic, you can t control everything but overall, I m grateful for my food and my service. Mai yeu Co Ba hahahaha Kid-friendliness: my family has 2 kids and they ve been super nice with them

A wide variety of vietnamese food! I ordered the razor clams with tamarind sauce, G9 sizzling beef and combination egg noodles. They are all of excellent quality and the beef is super tender. I first tried the mangosteen juice and it was so refreshing! Definitely would revisit.

The young male floor team at C? Ba in Cabramatta have perfected the art of travelling through the dining room with their eyes lowered to avoid being flagged by diners. However whatever time you waste trying to place an order is quickly made up by the lightening fast kitchen. Most tables seem to be eating b? n?, so we follow the crowd and are soon dodging our own drops of hot liquid flying off a sizzling platter of thin steak, p?t?, and egg. This signature dish is offered in multiple grades of beef. We opted for b? n? wagyu G7 ($30) and added on an extra bread roll ($2) the dish comes with one to maximise mopping up opportunities. The other menu mainstays are steaming bowls of b?nh canh rice noodle soup and shellfish, with clams, razor clams, toenail snails, and bullot snails all on offer. With my favourite garlic butter corn treatment unavailable, we ate our generously proportioned half kilo of stir-fried razor clams in straight-up garlic butter ($30). Crab spring rolls ($18) b?n nem cua b are presented in the traditional square shape with vermicelli and fresh aromatics. The sweet crab is joined by woodear fungus and lean pork in the crisp squares and the little red chillies are ballistic. With no liquor licence we opt for tart fresh orange and passionfruit juices ($7/each) sadly served in disposable plastic despite us eating in.

Seen a lot of people post this place on social media so I was really excited to try it out and I was not disappointed! Really interesting meal was the snails which was really delicious but a bit messy to eat. I ordered the garlic butter with corn. They give you skewers to help get the snails out of the shell. The sauce that is with the snail is delicious and full of flavour. I ordered the beef offal noodle soup which was full of flavour and delicious. I actually came back again with family. And will be back again!

The place was very clean and food came out very quickly! The flavours in the dishes were very prominent however we would say the beef and snail was quite tough to eat. The noodle soup was a great pallet cleanser and the drinks were great! Although the Vietnamese coffee was a little too bitter for our liking. Overall a decent place to visit if you are in the area!

Ive been seeing their sizzling steak everywhere on insta and Im so glad I finally got to try items on their menu! The egg with the sizzling steak and pate worked so well with the bread. My favourite was the sticky rice. It reminded me of the sticky rice in yum cha but in a deconstructed form. The egg made everything silky and the braised pork gave it such a yummy flavour. I was also very impressed by the orange milk. I was worried it would just be milk with artificial orange flavour but it is far from it! You can taste fresh orange juice coming from the milk and it was not pulpy or chunky but smooth and soothing. Definitely recommend to try

Loved the atmosphere and food they serve here at Co Ba especially their sizzling beef steak which when dipped with the crunchy bahn mi was so flavourful and very tender! They also had a variety of iced fruit teas and of course their Vietnamese iced coffee which were super refreshing!
